Will you charge me automatically?
No. KazaFit never saves your card and never charges you on its own. Every renewal is a payment you start yourself, from seven days before your plan ends.
What happens if my plan runs out?
Access pauses until you pay. Your staff see a page with your phone number on it, and you go straight to the renewal screen to pay and carry on.
Can I switch from Basic to Pro?
Yes — contact us while your plan is running and we will move you across.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly or yearly. Yearly saves you about two and a half months.
Someone told me about KazaFit. Do I enter their code?
Yes, if they are a KazaFit partner. There is a box for their code on the payment screen.
