The Partner Programme

In one line: Refer other gyms with your own code, link, QR code and email invites, and earn a cut of every bill they pay, with a running total you can check any time.

Why this matters

You already know other gym owners. The one across town, the trainer who rents your studio on Saturdays, the friend still running his place out of an exercise book. When you tell them what Kazafit does for you, that conversation is worth money — and right now you get nothing for it.

The partner programme turns those conversations into a second line of income. You get your own code. Anyone who types your code in when they pay for Kazafit stays yours for good. You earn a cut of every bill they pay after that.

The important part is that it is tracked, not promised. Your referrals screen lists every gym that came from you, shows whether each is paying or still on trial, and tells you exactly how much each one has earned you. If a payout ever goes missing you can point at a reference number instead of arguing from memory.

Register with an email you do not already use to sign in to your gym. If you use the same email, Kazafit turns that single sign-in into a partner sign-in — the name, phone and password you type here replace what you have now, and you will land on the partner dashboard instead of your gym.

What you can do

  • Sign yourself up as a partner without phoning anybody or waiting for an account to be set up for you. Three steps: your email, the code we send you, then your details and a password. Your referral code exists the moment you finish.
  • Copy your code in one tap. It sits in the top-right box on your dashboard, labelled Your Activation Code, with a copy button next to it.
  • Send a ready-made link. Under Your link, your dashboard builds a sign-up link with your code already attached, so nobody has to type anything by hand.
  • Share straight to WhatsApp, Telegram, X (formerly Twitter) or LinkedIn from the Share your link row — one tap each, message already written.
  • Download a QR code to print. Press Download the code for an image file you can put on a card or a poster. Anyone who scans it lands on Kazafit sign-up. The sign-up page will not show your code — it is held in the background and fills itself in when they reach the payment screen.
  • Email an invitation with a personal note. Fill in Their email and Your message, then press Send invite. We email them an invitation naming you, carrying your code and a sign-up link.
  • See every gym you brought in and what each one earned you. Open Referrals in the side menu — the page is headed Your gyms & income — to see each gym with an Active or On trial badge and its income figure, plus a search box and a Total Income running total.
  • You never work out what you are owed. A referred gym pays their bill, and your cut lands in your balance straight away. If your rate is 10% and they pay 130,000, you earn 13,000. Your dashboard shows your own rate under What you earn.
  • Tell us where to send your money. Open Payment Methods in the side menu — the page is headed Payout Accounts — and register a mobile money number or bank account, keep more than one on file, mark one as primary and remove any you no longer use.
  • Check what has actually been paid to you. Payout History lists each payout with its date, amount, payment reference and status — Paid, Waiting, Being sent, or Did not go through — with a completed total at the top.
  • Keep your own details current. Your partner Profile lets you edit your name, phone, business name, ID type and ID number.

How to get started

  1. On the Kazafit sign-in page, look under Are You A Partner? at the bottom and follow Partner Sign-In. From there choose to register.
  2. Enter your email address and press Send my code. We email you a six-digit code. Use an email you do not already sign in to your gym with — if you reuse your gym sign-in, Kazafit turns it into a partner sign-in, and the name, phone and password you enter next replace what you had. You would then land on the partner dashboard instead of your gym.
  3. Type the code in and press Verify Code.
  4. Fill in Full Name, Phone, Create Password and Your business name, then press Complete Registration. The business name is required.
  5. Sign in at the partner sign-in page. You land on your dashboard, with your activation code top-right.
  6. Open Payment Methods from the side menu — the page is headed Payout Accounts — press Add Account, choose Mobile Money or Bank, and fill in the provider (for example M-Pesa or CRDB), the account number and the account holder's name. Tick Set as primary payout account and save. Do this before you refer anyone — otherwise there is nowhere for your money to go.
  7. Back on the dashboard, copy your link, download the QR code, or send an invitation email. Then watch Referrals (headed Your gyms & income) and Payout History in the side menu.

Good to know

  • You cannot request a payout. There is no button anywhere in the partner screens to ask to be paid. The Kazafit team decides when to pay you and sends the money. The transfer happens outside Kazafit — by mobile money or bank, to the account you registered. Your payout history is a record of what has been sent, not a way to trigger it.
  • A gym that pays without your code earns you nothing for that bill — at first. You only earn if the other gym owner types your code in on the payment screen. But if they enter it on a later bill, they are linked to you from then on, and the hourly recheck then counts every bill they have ever paid, including the earlier ones. So tell them to enter it on their next payment rather than giving up. This is also why the link and the QR code matter: the code travels with them and fills the Partner code box in for them at payment.
  • If they open your link on their phone but pay on a laptop, your code is lost. The code only sticks on the one device where they opened the link, so the box on the other device will be empty. Tell them to pay on the same phone, or to keep your code written down. On a first purchase the code is optional. On a renewal it is not — the box is marked with a star and Kazafit will not take the payment until something is typed in it.
  • Trials and unpaid bills earn nothing. A gym showing On trial has not paid you anything yet. You earn when the gym's payment actually goes through, not when the bill is raised. Kazafit rechecks every hour, so a payment made in the last few minutes may not show yet — wait an hour before worrying.
  • Your commission rate is set by Kazafit, not chosen by you. You can see your rate, how often you are paid, and your partner number on your profile, but you cannot change them.
  • We do not check your payout details. If you mistype your mobile money number, the money goes to the wrong place. Read it back before you save. Only mobile money and bank accounts are supported.
  • The ID check on your profile does nothing. It always says the same thing no matter what you enter. You can record an ID type and number, but there is no document upload and nothing in Kazafit ever changes that status. Treat it as a note to yourself, not a working check.
  • One recipient per email invitation. No bulk list, no contact import, and no way to see whether the invitation was opened — and the Invitation sent message only means Kazafit accepted the request, not that it reached them. If it matters, follow up with your link on WhatsApp too.
